Hopeinen kuu on lyhyt draamakomedia mummosta, jonka tytär sysää vanhainkotiin. Olosuhteet ovat karut, lähes vankilamaiset. Sisukas Elviira ei kuitenkaan jää nuolemaan näppejään.

Pääosassa nähdään Jussi-palkittu Pirjo Leppänen. Kemi-Tornio Amk:n opinahjoa.

Silver moon tells a story of a old grandma whose daughter forces her to go to the retirement house. Conditions are harsh and the atmosphere is almost like in a jail. Spunky Elviira won't be satisfied in her situation.
